I purchased AirPods Pro on a second hand seller site I purchased AirPods Pro on a second hand seller site (knowing they were someone else’s before mine) and it’s saying these AirPods can be seen by the owner because they’re still associated with another Apple ID but I have no way to contact the owner. Is there any way to factory reset mismatched AirPods Pro? I lost my left AirPod pro (1st gen), so I bought a replacement secondhand. It says that the AirPods are mismatched and I can’t use find my. I managed to get them synced, but sometimes the left AirPod randomly comes unsynced. I do not have the contact info of the person who sold it to me. Is there anyway to do a software wipe without the previous owners Apple ID?

You don't.

The original owner would have to remove them from their devices.

What if you got them as a gift and you don’t don’t know how to get a hold of them on the phone anymore. What do you do then?
