My iPhone 14 X-ray, neon and orange font?

My iPhone 14 look like an x-ray sometimes and on other apps it is not. But the Camera definitely looks like an x-ray picture. I remember turning on a green filter or shade, but I don’t even remember what setting I was at. Can someone please help me?

iPhone 14 Pro Max, iOS 16

For the display, Settings Accessibility. Display & Text Size, make sure Smart Invert, Classic Invert are off and also Settings Accessibility, Per-App Settings make sure no apps have any onvert turned on. If these are all off then go to the section below on pre repair procedures below

Re the camera you will just have to see wht filters you may have on but there is a possibility that the Camera has failed, so see below.

Pre repair Tests.

First thing I advise is to try a Forced restart

Force restart iPhone – Apple Support (UK)

If no better you could Backup, restore to factory, then restore from the backup:-

If no help, set up without restoring backup and test at that point, erase again, then restore from the backup:-

(If the phone needs attention you will have to do this anyway)

If you can import your media to Photos or iTunes in a computer and copy important documents to a cloud server it will give you some resilience in case the restore from backup fails, or you need to ditch the backup and start as new.

See here for the resources you need. Allow a couple of hours:

How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support

Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support

Otherwise arrange a repair for hardware failure

Or

Anything other than Screen or Battery may be a replacement phone and the price is in the article under "Other damage"
