Google Chrome Overheats every platform

I have an idea why Google doesn’t care about overheating our machine's constant tracking! I soon as built my graphic computer rig started to install applications

“Google Chrome” pushes an increase of 40°C a whopping total of 83°C just on idle! Didn't even render artwork lol 😆 doesn’t matter if I use it on my M1 MacBook Pro or desktop PCs. I suggest uninstalling google chrome you can still use google services just don't install the bloatware you call google chrome. Microsoft Edge is built on chromium builds just like google chrome but the edge browser does not increase CPU temperature my temp is at 39°C.

You observation is in step with hundreds or more report here of heating, slowing other functions, and rapid battery drain on notebook computers.

When you look at resource utilization with Activity Monitor or with an EtreCheck report, you may not see the Chrome app itself being the hog at the through, but rather its minion "helpers" that take massive chunks of RAM and CPU cycles. I don't think Edge relies so much on helpers.

third party software

Look for any built in or in-app uninstaller and use that.

If in doubt refer to the developers website; Support/Help/FAQ/known issues/compatibility /updates/uninstall:
