Does anyone know how to change the Spanish from Spain to a different one?

Like in the keyboard you know how you choose which ones you want to add. Cause I speak Spanish but some of the words are not the same and it confusing cause autocorrect. So is there any way to get a different Spanish that’s not from Spain?

Also please clarify: are you talking about typing or dictating?? For typing you have 3 Spanish keyboards to choose from:
Language setting
