when I text, the keyboard is quiet. When I dial a phone number, the keyboard makes noise. I have NONE on my keyboard feedback in settings. It does the same thing on the wife's phone. Just started doing this after upgrade to IOS 16.3
Please help me solve this.

Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities! To help isolate the issue, when you say you have none in your keyboard settings, are you referring to Sounds & Haptics > Keyboard Feedback? If not, the following steps can help:
Change iPhone keyboard sounds or haptics
Turn iPhone keyboard sounds on or off
1. Open the Settings app.
2. Go to Sounds & Haptics > Keyboard Feedback.
3. Turn Sound on or off.
Turn iPhone keyboard haptics on or off
1. Open the Settings app.
2. Go to Sounds & Haptics > Keyboard Feedback.
3. Turn Haptic on or off.

Thank you for your reply. I have done everything you suggested several times and my keyboard still make noise when I dial. When I text it is silent.
