Esim cards

My daughter is in Italy and got a new Italian eSIM card. Her phone is unlocked (we did that before she left) and all the other student are able to have both the Italian and American eSIM cards activated and working. Hers is not and she has to turn one card off for the other to work. The Apple store in Italy has been less than helpful. Thoughts?

While you can have multiple eSIM configurations on the device, you only can have two mobile/cellular plans active on the device at the same time. Depending on the device, this can be either SIM+eSIM, or eSIM+eSIM.
