Can't connect (easily) Airpods Pro 2nd generation to Sony PS-LX310BT bluetooth turntable

I have managed to connect both devices 2 times after long and multiple attempts. However, it is very easy to connect the Sony PS-LX310BT with Klipsch wireless headphones and a pair of UE bluetooth speakers, so it is not a Sony PS-LX310BT bluetooth connection problem, it's clear that it's an Apple's Airpod Pro 2nd generation bluetooth connection problem. Any idea in how to make it easy an Airpods Pro 2nd generation to Sony PS-LX310BT bluetooth connection?
