Stuck on Black Screen

I placed my iMac in sleep mode last night for the first time after the 13.2 update. When I tried to wake it up, the fans are running and it’s receiving power however the screen stays black. I’ve hard restarted the computer multiple times. Nothing is plugged into the computer.

IMac screen is black and won’t open I have restarted my iMac and the screen went all black and won’t open again I can still hear the keyboard clicking and when I tried to hold the power key it still won’t open but I can sometimes hear it start.

iMac Blackscreen Hi everyone, I got in struggle with my iMac (late 2015). Software = Big Sur. After an Update the iMac turned off and didn't get alive so far. Blackscreen all the way. After pressing the start button the fans start to blow, after about 5 seconds it turns off and turns on again. Now its running endlessly in this state. I tried to get the RAM in and out, boot with no RAM to try if there is any error screen. No surprise there was nothing. It would be nice if you have any ideas Thank you for your help. Fabian

Then you need to schedule a service appointment with your local Authorized Apple Service Provider.

To find a service provider go to > Find Locations - Apple
