I’ve been carrying around my other watch with seconds because I need it for my music, and tonight a coworker told me I can probably set it to show the seconds. I found this thread that says it’s doable in an Infograph Modulator(?) face and the picture they attached shows it open in their phone in Watch not Faces and I can’t find it.

There is no watch face called Infograph Modular. There's Infograph. And Modular and Modular Duo. None of them show seconds. Check out instead the watch face called Activity and the third option in Activity is Activity Digital, which DOES show the hour, minute AND seconds.
