Why does software show signs of viruses

If your phone and computer show signs of data tampering, who do you request help from because the execs can’t figure this out

You can ask your fellow Apple product users right here, but you will need to start at the beginning. Describe the data tampering you are experiencing, in as much detail as you can reasonably provide. Lacking any context the screenshots you provided don't indicate anything amiss.
