Whatsapp chat history

I’ve backed up my Whatsapp chat 2 days ago in iCloud on my old phone.But when i reinstall it on my new iPhone, the chats displayed were from my previous backup in Feb 2022. Why was the latest backup not picked up?

Whatsapp backup Hi I did a backup of my phone on I cloud which included whatsapp chat history. However, when I restored the backup, all whatsapp data were lost and I received a message that there’s no backup for whatsapp. Is there a way to check if the Icloud backup has whatsapp data or not? thank you
