correct cable for migrating from external drive to new MacBook Pro, M2

I bought this cable on Amazon to migrate data etc from old LaCie external drive to new MacBook Pro, M2? (Thunderbolt 4 port, USB-C)

AINOPE USB 3.0 Cable for Hard Drive, [Dual Adapters] USB Micro B 3.0 Cable 1.5FT/0.5m, Nylon Braided Micro B to USB C External Hard Drive Cable for Seagate WD Toshiba, MacBook Air M2/Pro Samsung S5

As best I can tell the LaCie, model RUFWU3B, has a USB 3.0 Micro-B port, can anyone confirm that?

I'm thinking I need a cable to supply power and transfer data.

Will this cable do the job for me?
