After upgrading to Mac OS Ventura having trouble loging into the laptop. The initial screen shows shows as Omnicon Group User name and password which is not the same as my icloud user name and password. I am attaching the images for your advice

This looks like a work machine bound to some Enterprise, JAMF, MDM, or active directory list (?)
I would contact your IT department/work for assistance and their support to move forward.
