Salve io ho acquistato un app ma mi sono pentito subito ho chiesto il rimborso e ho aspettato un po’ di tempo, mi è arrivata l’email che il rimborso è stato effettuato ma non mi erano arrivati i soldi, pensavo fosse dovuto al fatto che non avevo disintasato l’app allora l’ho disinstallata ma i soldi ancora niente per favore aiutatemi

Hi I bought an app but I immediately regretted it I asked for a refund

and waited a while, I received the email that the refund had been made

but I hadn't received the money, I thought it was due to the fact that I

hadn't unclogged the app so I uninstalled it but the money still

nothing please help me


After you request a refund you'll receive a status update by email within 48 hours. "If your refund is approved, the funds are applied to the same payment method that you used to buy the item. Here's how long it takes for a refund to appear on your account or statement:


● Store credit—It might take up to 48 hours to see the refund in your Apple Account balance.

● Mobile phone billing—It might take up to 60 days for the statement to show the refund. Processing time might be affected by your carrier. You can contact your carrier for an update.

● All other payment methods [e.g., credit or debit cards]—It might take up to 30 days for the statement to show the refund. If you don't see the refund after 30 days, contact your financial institution."


For apps and media you can also sign into https://reportaproblem.apple.com to check if the status of your item is "Refunded".

I used a debit card so even if the iTunes email tells me that the app has been refunded I have to wait to see the money on my debit card
