"Face ID & Passcode" is an option in Settings (that you can set up after transferring data form your old device) and won't disappear (since you might need/want to change some of its sub-options).

As already stated, forget "Touch ID" option on an iPhone 14

No Touch ID feature/sensor on an iPhone 14, just Face ID recognition.

Thank you for your answer, so the case now is that I have the touch ID set on my iphone SE. When I will be prompt to set the face ID or touch ID while transfering my data to my new iphone 14, which one you think I have to select? If I select face ID, after my data would be transfered to my new phone 14, the option to use touch ID will not exist any more?
