Hello I have a question pertaining to my iPhones storage . I have an automatic payment every month to purchase more storage . My card was charged last night for storage and I woke up this morning and have still been receiving the “no storage on iPhone” notification.

Perhaps your phone storage is full?

settings > General > iPhone storage

device storage is fixed and separate from iCloud storage
