Как закрыть доступ к программе Дом

I use one account on 2 of my devices (iPAD ios 9 ver., iphone ios 16.3 ver, deleted the HomeKit program on the iPhone, turned off the HomeKit program on the ipad, turn on the program to reset all access to the account, and they write to me that access to the HomeKit program is not closed for general access, access to my account is only through two-factor authorization via SMS, and still I can’t reset access, as if someone is using my program, but I don’t see it anywhere in the accounts and the programs are turned off.I don’t use this HomeKit program at all, I don’t need it now, that's why i I delete it all the time and turn it off again, if I enter to iCloud or ID on Iphone, it’s turned on again.how to turn it off in my account so that it does not turn on on any of my devices and does not work? Please help me, how turn off this HomeKit, i will be very grateful.
