Is it possible for someone to swap their iPhone 7 software & hardware to my phone 12 pro without me knowing?

Yes because I had updated to 16.2 & next day I was reading the privacy policy & terms and they seemed generic like someone wrote them out. There were grammar errors and now my battery won’t stay charged.
