I recently changed network provider and had my old number moved to my new sim at the start of the year. Everything works fine but last week I got a message saying that my number will expire because it's not associated with my iPhone.
I've tried all the steps I can find online like turning off iMessage and FaceTime and letting the phone be off for a while but nothing is working.

If so, try this -> Sign in to your Apple ID account page and edit / update your Apple ID details.

Try to remove and re-adding your number, see this Apple article: Add or remove your phone number in Messages or FaceTime - Apple Support
Make sure you have update your iPhone to iOS 16.3.
