I bought a new iPhone 13 Pro Max and I updated it to ios 16.3
however I’m trying to add an eSim I couldn’t find the option
I tried searching for the EID in settings but it wasn’t there, but upon dialing *#06# the EID comes up but I still can’t find it in settings
No, my phone is not the Hong Kong version as the serial number is A2643
I wanna know if it’s an iOS 16.3 bug or if anyone has had similar issues recently

You may open Settings ➡️ Cellular ➡️ Add eSIM: Then, follow the onscreen instructions to add an eSIM. This works best if you have a QR Code provided to you by your carrier.
To find the EID, open Settings ➡️ General ➡️ About: Here you will find the EID.

Like I said, I’d already tried to add the eSim
I stated that I couldn’t find the EID in settings also
I’ve tried all this you’ve stated
i don’t even have the option to add eSim on the phone
and no, the EID isn’t visible under the SEID, I’ve tried that too

I’ve tried this
with a SIM card and without a SIM card, I’ve even reset the phone completely
Still no change
