I've moved from Canada to Sweden and finally just closed my Canadian bank accounts and need to transfer all Apple payment to my Swedish card. which also means changing region on all of my devices. Simply following the instructions and prompts is not working for me. Thoughts? I am connected to a family sharing with my canadian fam. could that be the holdup?

Yes, this is the issue. To use family sharing you must be in the same region
