I need an apple.com/bill iTunes.com refund

I’m being charged $19 for what I don’t know yet. I’ve gotten no message from apple on the details of this charge but my card was debited. Please I need a refund apple.com/bill iTunes.com

I still haven’t gotten a solution to a charge on my card from Apple. Up till now there is no detailed explanation on why my card was charged $19 for nothing. The bank said the charge was cleared and settlement completed. I don’t know why apple would charge me without any receipt. I got all receipts of payments for the month except the $19. I need a refund. Attached is a message from my bank.
