For your iPhone 14 Plus only showing LTE, you'll want to ensure that you have the proper settings enabled in Settings > Cellular or Mobile > Cellular (or Mobile) Data Options. If those settings are set to LTE, then that is all you'll see in available areas, which is why it's important to ensure those are set properly.


If those settings are correct and your iPhone 14 Pro is set to receive 5G from your mobile carrier, you could check for a carrier settings update to ensure the latest update from your carrier is installed on your iPhone 14 Plus, which may help with this. The steps below show how to do that:


  1. "Make sure that your device is connected to Wi-Fi or a cellular network.
  2. Tap Settings > General > About.
  3. Follow the onscreen instructions to install your carrier update."
