Active armor

Trying to use AT&T Active Armor downloaded app then click on free one click continue and nothing happens.

Active armor not allowing to add identity info I’m trying to add my email , phone number drivers lic etc under my identity and it will not even do anything when I click on add new . There is an exclamation ❗️ notification next to identity telling me I need to finish it . I have offloaded the app deleted it reinstalled it turned phone off and on software on IPhone is up to date and so is the app and I don’t know what else to do
