I’m trying to add my email , phone number drivers lic etc under my identity and it will not even do anything when I click on add new . There is an exclamation ❗️ notification next to identity telling me I need to finish it . I have offloaded the app deleted it reinstalled it turned phone off and on software on IPhone is up to date and so is the app and I don’t know what else to do

The app may want you to do that, but the point is: these forums are for Apple products; we may be experienced Mac and iOS device users, but we do not necessarily know how to troubleshoot millions of third party apps unless we happen to have that exact same app. Their developers are responsible for their own products. I certainly would have no idea and I would never install such an app.

It would seem to me that, if an app sends customers to a community forum for a completely different company, the developer really doesn't have their act together and isn't an organization you really should be trusting with all that valuable personal information.
