possible malware on MacBook Air

My MacBook Air sometimes shuts down right after I booted it up. So I searched for possible reasons and malware was one of them. Is there something reliable and recommended to use?? I am running Monterey 12.6.3.

I will guess it is not malware but you can run the free app Malwarebytes to check and purge.
