i bought a apple watch series 3 38 mm off my cousin and he dont remember the apple id he used so need to reset it

in order to find your apple ID

Try the steps in this knowledge base article if you forgot your Apple ID Password 


If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support


 HE then needs to take the following steps before you can use it 


   What to do before you sell, give away, or trade in your Apple Watch, or buy one from someone else - Apple Support
