My Apple Watch has been on the logo screen for about 5 hours

hi so today i found my apple watch that i hadn’t turned on in a couple of months and it wasn’t connecting to my iphone so i reset it to factory settings and disconnected it from my phone. Now it has been on the apple logo screen for about 5 hours and i’ve tried re booting it by pressing both of the side buttons and it didn’t work. I waited for it to run out of charge and tried to charge it again but it went straight back to the loading screen. If anyone knows how to resolve this issue please help, thank you.

If pressing both buttons for an extended period of time didn't help, you'll need to schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar for evaluation and options.
