restore music from my Iphone to my mac book pro.

Mac book pro crashed and the iOS had to be reinstalled from a wiped disc.

Now no music file.Have all the music on my iPhone.

How to put it back on my Mac book pro

Hi there, I have an older iPhone (6 I think) with music on it that I wanted to download to my 2020 MacBook so I plugged the phone into the laptop and chose the sync feature (selected artists). It warned me that it would remove music from iPhone after the sync which I was okay with since I assumed I would then have that music on my laptop. Import playlist from iphone onto mac My music library on my mac has become damaged. I tried very hard to restore it from the time machine (restoring old copies in ~/Music/Music/Music Library), but none of the old copies seem to work. The one thing I can think of is that my playlists are on my iphone 12 (iOS 15.5). So my question is, how can I extract the playlist from my iphone back onto my mac? I'm a bit weary of plugging it in, in case the sync erases the playlists for good! Thanks!
