Camera Update Glitch, Perhaps?:
Seems to be a commonly-reported post in these forums. Question is: "How many people have reported it to Apple?" So, report this to Apple yourself. Apple won't get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what suits their customers' needs and wants in versions to come.
- Go Here: Feedback - iPhone -Apple
- Select: "Bug Report" for the "Feedback Type"
- Comment: on when this began, and how you have troubleshot it thus far
- Proceed from there as necessary.
