Messages - sync this iPhone - can't turn on Sync this device

Hi all,


I've read this manual: Set up iCloud for Messages on all your devices – Apple Support (UK)


I've made sure that all my devices (iPhone, iPad, Mac's) are signed in to iMessage with the same Apple ID.


On all those devices Sync this device is on, but my iPhone can't be turned on.


Please advise.
