We're using a KonicaMinolta bizhub c257i, and I cannot save the authentication datas for the printer (user name, password).
Is there any solution for this?

In addition to what Randall said, and just in case: it is normal for it to be disabled until you fill up those fields.

I thought that would probably be the case, but sometimes it is the simple things.
Do follow Randall’s advice to reset thd print system

I reseted the printing system and re-added the printer but the error still exists.
Do you have any suggestion how to resolve it?
