Trackpad controls volume down randomly

Dear Community,

Today without any previous symptoms my macbook started to do the following strange behaviour: When I touch the trackpad either with one or two fingers it starts to lower the volume. Its a MBP 13 M1 2020. It did on Monterey and I did the upgrade to Ventura to see if it dissappears but still there. I did not changed any settings and did not installed any new software. If someone could point me to the right direction I would be happy.
