virus on iphone 11

i was on reddit looking at memes and stuff then it said i had 10 viruses due to adult websites is that possible?

No, the message is nothing more than advertising. The presenter of the message wants you to download some useless, garbage app, or worse still, have you divulge your personal or financial information. Do not interact with the message, the website or the sender of the message.

No. All such messages are scams presented by criminals. Close the offending page and avoid sites that are involved in such bogus advertising tactics.

Uninstall the useless app.

Check for any subscriptions to the app.

Contact your financial institution to inform them of the scam. You will probably need a new credit card.
