My iPhone has 27 viruses
my iPhone says I had 27 viruses for visiting adult websites but I’ve never visited those websites I think I got hacked, it says that my data will get deleted, what can I do ?

Your phone does not have 27 viruses, it does not have any viruses. You have a bogus message. Close the offending page and avoid sites that are involved in such bogus advertising.
