If you had iCloud Photos turned on and the photos were deleted within approximately 30 days or less, you can retrieve deleted photos from Recently Deleted on your iPhone or on iCloud.com. See: If you're missing photos or videos in the Photos app - Apple Support
If you didn't have iCloud Photos turned on but do have an iCloud Backup of your phone from before they were deleted, you can use the backup to replace all contents on the phone (not just photos) with the contents of the backup.
