How to recover photos from iCloud?

You can find your deleted photos in the Recently Deleted folder in the Photo app. Photos that have been in that folder for more than 30 days are automatically deleted, and cannot be recovered afterwards.
If you have a backup of your iPhone on your computer from when the photos are available, then you can try to restore to it. Pictures are not saved in iCloud Backups, as they are already synchronized with iCloud - but backups taken on the computer also save pictures.
