I have a series 8 apple watch, apparently without cellular. (Gift) Can I add a sim card from my carrier to enable cellular number from carrier?
Hi, just confirming it's a cellular model? If it's GPS only then no, a service plan cannot be added because it does not have a cellular radio installed. Look at the crown, if there's a red circle on it then it is cellular and you would use the e-sim in the watch to setup service with your carrier. If there isn't a red circle then it's GPS only.
