I can't see what they are objecting to. You have a 'link' tag (in fact you have two in the top section of the feed) containing a valid URL. Try removing the second one if possible: then I can only suggest contacting Podcasts Support: https://itunespartner.apple.com/contact/?content_type=podcasts . It might be a glitcvh at their end.
