Hi there, in order to manage storage on your iPhone you should go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage. You might see a list of recommendations for optimising your iPhone's storage, followed by a list of installed apps and the amount of storage each one uses. This should indicate where you can free up some storage space, such as Photos. Refer to this link: How to check the storage on your iPhone and iPad - Apple Support


Additionally, if you are looking to free up iCloud storage, you can either upgrade your iCloud plan or remove data. To view how your iCloud storage is currently being used you should go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud. From there you can explore how your storage is being used, and what you can do to free up space. Below are some links in regards to upgrading your iCloud account:
