Try opening Settings ➢ General ➢ Keyboards ➢ Text Replacement and simply copy/paste the  logo because it will sync across all of your devices.

That’s how I’ve been doing this for years. 😉

Just simply copy and paste the  logo as you would any text character. 😉

Do you see it but the recipient does not?  may not be included in the default fonts on other platforms like Windows and Android, so it may not be diplayed.
