$100 promo for adding a Co-owner to Apple Card

When I opened my Apple Card app this morning there was a notice about getting $100 for adding a co-owner. I was actually about to do this. When I went back to the app later it was gone. A little research showed emails were supposed to go to those eligible. I haven't gotten one. Anybody know anything on this. Thanks.

Same, I applied and made the purchase and now sachs is saying that I was only eligible if I got an email. When I spoke with Apple they said it could be through email or on the dashboard of the wallet app.
