Please help!
The cresent moon icon shows up in the upper left of my screen during the day and is not there at night.
I've missed some important calls because I haven't been able to figure out how to TURN OFF FOCUS entirely until I have more time to spend with it.
I need my phone to work again. 🙏

I take back my previous comment. I rebooted the phone after adjusting the focus to be on at night and it appeared to solve the problem. Also worth checking that the silent mode isn’t on (toggle switch on the top left on the side of the phone - if it shows red it’s on).

I had already read all of those instructions, but it seems that “do not disturb” (under focus) does not have a way to reset it to an “off” setting.

I second this question. I’ve also read all the instructions and there seems to be no way to turn it off. Even adjusting focus to be on at night doesn’t solve it.
