Re-ordering songs in a Playlist

Cannot find a way to put songs in a Playlist I created into a different order. Using the playlist to assist in symmetrical walking and would like songs to be in increasing order of metronome speed. Thanks.

Make sure the playlist is sorted by Play Order, you should then be able to drag items up or down the list.
