IOS update has nothing to do with MMS, which is a monthly service you pay to AT&T, that is their feature. Call them back and ask to a tech and not a sales rep.

How do I uninstall the update?? I didn’t have any problems until the update and. ATT and you keep pointing fingers at each other saying it’s the other’s fault.
