Apple Watch and screen mirroring

I always did screen mirroring to use apple fitness to my fire tv. For some reason it stopped connecting. I got my AirPlay to work again however anytime I try to use my watch(series 3) and screen mirror a work out video my Apple Watch will constantly pause and un pause(quickly) the workout and eventually screen mirror just boots me out. Any idea how to fix this?

Apple Watch loosing connection to Apple TV fitness app I am able to connect my watch to the Apple TV fitness app and start a workout. Within a few minutes the watch looses the connection. If I pause the workout and resume, my watch reconnects until it looses the connection again a few minutes later. All devices are updated and run the latest IOS. I reset both devices to factory setting and still have the same issue. I also completed the Home setup as suggested previously. Any other thoughts?

Apple Watch 11.2 with iOS 18.2 Mirroring no longer works when lowering wrist I have recently updated my Apple Watch and iPhone to the latest OSes. I used to use Apple Watch mirroring on my iPhone to monitor my heart rate during workouts. This has worked flawlessly for may iOS/Apple Watch revisions. Now, when I lower my wrist, the screen on my iPhone blanks out (see this YouTube Video). I can raise it immediately to reconnect the AirPlay display. I've tried changing the "Raise to Wake" settings and this has not resolved the issue. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Apple TV Fitness+ unable to connect to my watch The Fitness+ on the Apple TV was not able to connect to my watch. This wasn’t the first time I having such issues. It happened several times before today and always took me so long to get Connected. But today, all methods have been tried and it is still not connected to my watch. I tried to restart all devices (iPhone, watch, Apple TV); I deleted my account from Apple TV and added it back; I unpaired and re-paired the watch; I disconnected and reconnect wifi on my watch; I turned the airplane mode on my watch on and off; I had reset my watch; I had unplugged the tv device and reconnected it. What else I can to get my Apple TV Fitness+ to connect to my watch? And how to maintain their “connection” without keep having this problem?
