pointer wont move when typing on bootcamp

Hi, I was trying to game with my trackpad and keyboard in bootcamp windows, however whenever i start pressing my movement keys ,wasd, or type, my cursor won't move.

I did some research online about this problem and found that this is due to a feature on windows that prevents your palms from moving the mouse while typing. however the option for turning that function only appears with you have the synaptics mouse drivers. is there some other way i can disable the palm tracking function?
