Finder keeps opening apps at login? You may have too many folders open in Finder running in the background.

Try this:

1. open Finder.
2. click on 'File'.
3. 'Press & Hold' the Option Key.
4. while holding down the Option Key, click 'Close All'.
5. All folders running in the background will now be closed.
6. then open Safari.
7. at the top of your screen in the Menu Bar click 'History'. click 'Clear History'.
8. also in the Menu Bar click 'Develop'. click 'Clear Caches'.
9. Viola!
