Atlas Web page does not open

i created the apple tech id ID F93F2A71F4 and i am trying for a few days now to get into ATLAS web site but unfortunately the site is always blank. Can you please tell me how to get access???

Access Denied to ATLAS I was completing a training on ATLAS when something strange occurred. I just finished one of the quizzes and clicked "Next" to continue with the training. Webpages won't fully load or sometimes load at all upgraded to Monterey and I cannot get webpages to fully load and Safari is extremely slow.

Web page not available When I am reading an article download from internet a lot of times it will disappear and an error message says “The website is not available Try Again”. After this happens I go to Settings, Safari, Clear History and Website Data. This works for a while then the process starts all over again.
