Thank you so much for your response. I’m sure it was a connection issue as you stated. I didn’t need to take any of the steps you sent to me for instruction. It loaded the information when I checked back around 20 minutes later.

It sounds like you are having issues viewing your purchase history on your iPhone. We know how important this is for you, and we will help get you to the right place to find a resolution.
Have you tried a normal restart of the device? This simple step can resolve issues like this:
• Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power-off slider appears.
Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. If your device is frozen or unresponsive, force restart your device.
To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo.
Does this issue occur using both Wi-Fi and cellular data? It could be a simple data connection issue.
